- The DIRHA project is concluded and has been rated with Excellent Progress (the project has fully achieved its objectives and technical goals for the period and has even exceeded expectations).

The final review meeting was held in Trento, hosted by FBK, April 29, 2014. Agenda and presentation slides can be found in the Members Area.
Some recent activities on DIRHA dissemination:
- Athena RC-IAMU created a voice-enabled interface for demonstration purposes in the occasion of the "Paneuropean Reseachers' Night 2014", 26 Sep 2014.
- Athena RC-IAMU disseminated DIRHA technology to another FP7 EU project consortium (MOBOT) by using the MEMS microphone array to collect, process and recognize speech from a mobile robotic assistant.
- TUGraz presented the DIRHA Demonstrator to people attending the Alps-Adria-Acoustics Association Congress, Oct. 2014.
- TUGraz presented the DIRHA Demonstrator to members of Austrian project consortium in the field of Speech, Audio and Acoustics, Sep. 2014.
- TUGraz takes part in an European Space Agency (ESA) sponsored activity to record dinner talks at Concordia Station, Antarctica.
- DIRHA was mentioned in an article in the national newspaper "Die Presse" about the Antarctica Dissemination activity.
- Research teams formed by INESC-ID DIRHA members have participated in the REVERB2014 challenge and in EVALITA-SASLODOM2014 Challenge, achieving excellent results.
- 14-18 September 2014: Athena-RC, FBK and INESC-ID participated in Interspeech and presented papers.
- 11-14 November 2014: ST presented demonstrators of beamforming and sound source DOA localization based on the MEMS microphone array at Electronics 14 trades show, held in Munich, Germany.
- 19-21 November 2014: INESC-ID participated in Iberspeech 2014 and presented papers.
- 24 November 2014: Maurizio Omologo participated as invited speaker, to the Closing Symposium of the ALADIN project, held in Leuven(Belgium).
- 11 December 2014: FBK and INESC-ID participated in EVALITA 2014 and presented papers.
Some recent activities on DIRHA dissemination:
- August 2014: Athena-RC participated (by giving talks on ASR and distant speech recognition and by presenting posters with ongoing research results) in the 1st ISCA Summer School: “2014 Speech Processing Courses in Crete”, held at the University of Crete, in Heraklion, Crete. Also INESC-ID participated.
- 1-5 September 2014: Athena-RC, FBK, INESC-ID and TUGraz participated in EUSIPCO 2014 and presented papers.
- A DIRHA-related Special Session has been organized at EUSIPCO 2014: 1-5 September 2014, Lisbon, Portugal.
